Home break-ins are not always done by a burglar in a dark mask. There are mounting reports of banks breaking into homes illegally, further drawing scrutiny on the “botched” foreclosure process. A number of lawsuits outline banks wrongfully changing the locks, shutting off utilities and selling possessions of homeowners who say are undeserving of such actions.
