Since the inception of Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, we have been fascinated by brokerages with alternative business models, innovative ways of practicing real estate strategies and those that are not afraid to challenge the status quo – we call these companies Beta Brokerages.
Since 2010 we have formally studied many of the forward-thinking real estate innovators who are breaking away from tradition, creating new efficiencies’ and attracting customers through new technologies, social media and training.
Eager to find new ways to share our case study findings, we recently started a monthly collaboration that we believe will help bring the industry forward by sharing new ways to approach our business. The first Beta Brokerage Google + Hangout was held on June 3, 2013, hosted by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate President and CEO Sherry Chris.
The panel featured insights from Vanessa Bergmark, Partner and General Manager of Red Oak Realty, and Leighton Dees, Chairman and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Generations with the topic: Understanding and Serving Next Gen Consumers and Agents.
If you missed the hangout live, we encourage you to watch the replay below.
Plus, don’t miss our next Google+ hangout on July 1, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. EST as we discuss the impactful mobile strategies used by Beta Brokers to attract next gen consumers and agents to their real estate companies.
