New Story, a non-profit on a mission to “create a world where no human being lives in survival mode,” has organized and funded the building of more than 1,300 homes for more than 5,000 people in Haiti, El Salvador and Bolivia since its inception in 2015. Someone is Selling Their New Jersey House for $2.3 Million in bitcoin– and It’s a Growing Trend
Bitcoin is the volatile and trendy cryptocurrency that is now part of the national conversation. Numerous listings are starting to mention Bitcoin and it is making its way toward global acceptance within the industry. A house for sale in Middletown, New Jersey, one of America’s most desirable neighborhoods, is accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment, demonstrating how the cryptocurrency is being accepted as a tide of change. Nominally, the house is listed at $2.15 million, however, the seller stipulates that they will accept a Bitcoin payment equal to $2.3 million USD.

Which Generation is Struggling the Most to Buy a Home? (It’s Not Millennials)
The National Association of REALTORS® reveals that Generation X is the one struggling the most to participate in the American Dream. Those born from the early-to-mid 1960s to the early 1980s are at an age when they cannot readily move back home to reduce debt and are burdened by responsibilities such as existing underwater mortgages and car payments.
