Wendy Griffis of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Lifestyles Realty shares how the BHGRE suite of exclusive tools helps her in her successful business.
Tell us a little about yourself. How long have you been in Real Estate and how did you find yourself at your BHGRE Lifestyles Realty?
I have been a realtor since February 2022. I started as a buyers agent for new construction sales, where I would help buyers determine which builders would meet their needs, then walk along side them through the building process. Within 4-5 years I was getting repeat and referral clients, and was on my way to building a legacy business. I ended up at BHGRE when I had a recruiting call with a Broker/Owner who shared the vision I had of having an office of agents that were highly skilled and worked relationally with their clients; and by consequence, worked with an abundance mindset of teamwork and collaboration.
What do you love most about being a Real Estate professional?
Getting to help my clients gain clarity around complicated options and situations and discussing strategies for success. And finally, watching our plan come to fruition. And getting to be a part of my clients lives, both during and after a real estate transaction.

Style and Authenticity. I love our company core values….they all have great meaning to me. Passion, Authenticity, Inclusion, Growth and Excellence. But when I think of the brand, I just LOVE all the style ideas, images, visuals and creativity. And that it is an authentic brand. You know what you are getting when you think of “BHG” – it seems “real” to me. Consistent.
Tell us how being part of the BHGRE® network impacts your work and helps you build relationships with your clients.
Our local brand, Lifestyle Realty, does an incredible job supporting me though their dedicated marketing staff. They just don’t focus on marketing property – which of course is top=-notch, but helping me market to my sphere – though client parties and little gifts…they always make sure I have all the tools I need to make a lasting impression. They do all the behind the scenes work, so all I have to do is share with my clients.
What is your favorite BHGRE tool and how have you used it in your business?
Its hard to pick one, so I’ll share a few. I do think the magazine is a great way to stay in contact with your sphere. I love giving a cookbook at closing to a client and saying “may this become part of your family legacy”. Even if they don’t cook, everyone remembers “grandmas” cookbook of family favorite recipes. It is very nostalgic. And lastly, being able to leverage PinPoint in a listing presentation to stand out amongst the competition is by far one of the best tools as a listing agent.
