Since people will likely have an “out with the old, in with the new” mindset as the year comes to a close, the idea of a holiday open house should be appealing. That said, since the holiday season is busy, try to hold the open house as early into the season as possible. 

Another option is to hold a live virtual walkthrough during the open house for people with jam-packed schedules. Be sure to post about it on your social media with festive templates!
