-
Which of our BHGRE® P.A.I.G.E. (Passion, Authenticity, Innovation, Growth, Excellence) core values do you identify with most, and why?
Growth is the value I identify with most. To us, it means “having increasing influence.” All of the other values help establish the framework for strategic growth, and that is in essence what we commit to our franchisees – to stand at their side as a true partner and help them exceed their goals.
-
What are your favorite qualities in a customer?
I expect and hope that a customer will be honest and open with feedback, collaborative, and most important, that we establish a relationship based on trust.
-
What is the one characteristic that’s helped you the most in your career?
Humility.
-
What was the last book you read?
Give and Take. It is a book by Adam Grant that speaks to how helping others drives our own success. I am a big believer in that notion.
-
If you were not in real estate, what would you be doing?
I would be in a service industry that allowed me to create customer experiences that surprise and delight. Simply meeting customer expectations is not an option to me. I would also enjoy being an active board member helping start-up companies take their business to the next level.
-
What was the last song you heard that you couldn’t stop humming?
“Happy” by Pharrell Williams. I think millions of people are humming that song as we speak.
-
Who is your real-life hero?
My mother.
-
What is your favorite motto?
Every challenge is a true opportunity.
-
If you could sell a home in any market in the world, where would it be?
I would like to create an opportunity to sell homes to deserving people in any country who would otherwise not be able to own a home. How rewarding would that be? Very.
-
What advice would you give your younger self starting out in real estate?
Never compromise, never burn a bridge, maintain a stellar reputation, remain humble.
