PRIZE: Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC (“BHGRE”) will select [one] (1) prize winner (each a “Winner”) by random drawing on or about 6/1/2021, and Winner will receive one (1) $50.00 gift card (“Drawing”). Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries. ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. BHGRE will notify the Winner using the email address provided. The Prize is awarded WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
ELIGIBILITY: The Drawing is open solely to legal residents of all 50 states and Washington D.C., who are at least 18 years of age or older. Eligibility is conditioned upon full completion of the survey. The Drawing is not available to employees of BHGRE. This Drawing is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER: Upon full completion of the survey, you will be automatically entered into the Drawing. By completing the survey, you are agreeing to accept these Official Rules to enter. The survey must be completed no later than 5/15/2021 to be eligible. Only one (1) entry per person during the Drawing Period. All entries become the property of BHGRE and will not be returned.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this Drawing, entrants release and hold harmless BHGRE and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, litigation, injury, loss or damage of any kind arising in any manner, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in this Drawing and/or his or her acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, or any portion thereof. This Drawing shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, and entrants consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the venue of the County of Morris, the State of New Jersey.
