In the meantime, let’s take a quick look at some of the stories that popped up this week.

Housing Recovery Needs More Than Warmer Weather
As warmer weather arrives, home sales should heat up. But the thaw may be less than bullish housing investors are hoping for.

Surviving and Thriving in 2014
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brokers discuss their 2014 best practices for staying on top, keeping affiliated agents motivated and increasing profitability.
And finally, in our BHGRE universe, we released our Baby Boomer survey this week, covered by several national news outlets. Forbes wrote a great piece based on our survey, The Homes Boomers Will Retire In, with expert insight from Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, and Patrick Jones from BHGRE Sonoran Desert Lifestyles.
Our survey findings were encouraging, because remember, this was a generation hit hard during the recession, and this commitment to lifestyle planning and desire for their “dream home” is a great show of optimism.
In Boomer Housing Boom Coming?, Sherry Chris joined Cheryl Casone on Fox Business to discuss how more than 50{0a8e414e4f0423ce9f97e7209435b0fa449e6cffaf599cce0c556757c159a30c} of Baby Booms are on the move.
And finally, our survey findings gives us a chance to show off our infographic below, which can also be pinned from here. Be on the lookout, we’ll be posting something next week on the topic as well.
