Which of our BHGRE® P.A.I.G.E. (Passion, Authenticity, Innovation, Growth, Excellence) core values do you identify with most, and why?
I identify with all of them, we are passionate about the business, we strive to be the best at what we do.
When talking to our customers and clients, I do it with authenticity. People that know me and have done business with me know that what they see is what they get. I’m available to any of our customers and clients any time they need to speak with me. My cell is published on the web and on my business card.
I continue to innovate every day of the week. My motto is quite simple, if everyone is going to the right, I need to go the opposite way. If our company was the same as everyone else, why anyone would want to do business with us?
I like to encourage our agents to grow outside their comfort zone, if you are not constantly growing, you won’t be successful.
Mediocrity is not an option. In our company, excellence is the only way to go in anything we do.

Being straightforward with people. If they know where I stand, it’s easier to get along. Also, not being afraid of making mistakes, most people don’t try something because they are afraid of failure.
