Better Homes and Gardens\u00ae Real Estate entered its 24th state on Tuesday with the addition of a Mobile, Ala.-based brokerage led by Leighton Dees and Joshua Tanner.\u00a0 Leighton and Joshua bring their team of 30 agents to the Better Homes and Gardens brand and will continue their mission to make home ownership accessible and attainable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Generations<\/span> is a 3 year old brokerage with a focus on social media and technology.\u00a0 Leighton and Joshua chose to establish their reputation in Mobile and Baldwin counties through social media rather then traditional advertising and marketing methods. \u00a0 Through the power of social media Leighton and Joshua have been able to reach a captive target audience and build strong relationships within their community in a very short period of time.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s wonderful to see our brand enter yet another state this year and expand our footprint in the southeast, especially in a key market like Mobile.
