Although the number is below what it was a year earlier, <a title=\"US Homeownership Rate\" href=\"http:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/2011\/11\/02\/3q-homeownership-rate-moves-off-lowest-level-in-13-years\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">all four regions<\/a> experienced an increase.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: small\"><del datetime=\"2011-11-04T12:05\">\u00a0<\/del><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;font-size: medium\"><strong>Remain Calm, Buy a Home!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small\">Remaining calm through the home buying process might benefit home buyers. An article in <a title=\"Wall Street Journal Retail Shopper Study\" href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB10001424052970204394804577012393959790460.html?mod=googlenews_wsj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Wall Street Journal<\/a> reported on a study that found shoppers were willing to pay up to 15% more for goods than less-relaxed ones.\u201d\u00a0 The study was focused on the retail setting, but you have to think that the findings could hold true in real estate. The researchers theorized that calm consumers \u201cthink about the value of products at a more abstract level.\u201d This could pay off!
