The country\u2019s housing market remains steady and a \u201c<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.montrealgazette.com\/business\/Canadian+housing+market+called+bright+spot+economic+news\/5564736\/story.html\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;font-size: small\">bright spot<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: small\">\u201d in the economy. While economists proclaim a surplus of inventory, others point out that \u201csome pockets of the country [have] a shortage of attractive inventory.\u201d The key word here is \u201cattractive\u201d as sellers pull their homes off the market, discouraged by low prices.
