Congratulations!\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Speaking of fun\u2026 College towns offer promising investment opportunities: property prices are still low, rent rates are increasing, <a href=\"http:\/\/realestate.aol.com\/blog\/2011\/08\/10\/college-town-real-estate-investments-score-high-marks\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">college enrollment is on the rise<\/span><\/a> and there is an overall shortage of on-campus housing. Move Inc. outlined <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marketwatch.com\/story\/top-10-real-estate-markets-in-us-college-towns-2011-08-10?reflink=MW_GoogleNews\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">ten college towns<\/span><\/a> where an investment could pay off, such as the Boston\/Cambridge market, an area home to more than 50 colleges.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">While we are on the topic of rental properties, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2011\/08\/10\/us-usa-housing-idUSTRE77943O20110810\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">the Obama administration<\/span><\/a> confirmed that it is considering ideas for the thousands of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marketwatch.com\/story\/us-moves-to-sell-rent-92000-foreclosed-homes-2011-08-10?reflink=MW_news_stmp\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">foreclosed properties<\/span><\/a> backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac waiting in the wings, including a plan to turn them into <a href=\"http:\/\/latimesblogs.latimes.com\/money_co\/2011\/08\/foreclosure-obama-housing-market-rent-fannie-mae-freddie-mac.html\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">rental units. <\/span><\/a>\u00a0The administration and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forbes.com\/feeds\/ap\/2011\/08\/10\/real_estate-financials-us-government-home-rentals_8616673.html\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Federal Housing Finance Agency<\/span><\/a> are seeking innovative solutions to address the surplus of these properties. In home listings, certain phrases and words can entice and excite potential buyers.
