Frankly, a seller doesn\u2019t care that <em>I <\/em>was agent of the month for three months this year. They\u2019re not listening when I tell them about <em>my <\/em>long list of awards or designations, and they certainly don\u2019t want to hear about the wonderful, exotic trips <em>I<\/em> attended as a result. They only care about getting their house sold. And while our awards, designations, and accolades are products of our accomplishments, sellers don\u2019t make the connection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-471 alignright\" style=\"margin: 5px\" title=\"Delivering Knock Your Socks Off Service\" src=\"https:\/\/bhgrecareer.com\/bebetterblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2008\/10\/deliver.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"120\" height=\"120\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bhgrecareer.com\/bebetterblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2008\/10\/deliver.jpg 120w, https:\/\/bhgrecareer.com\/bebetterblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2008\/10\/deliver-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 120px) 100vw, 120px\" \/>Whether upsizing, downsizing, decreasing debt or relocating, selling a home is a very personal means to an end. We have a responsibility to our clients to help them reach this goal so that they can move on with their lives.
