For a real estate organization, the Value Proposition should include, but is not limited to, the following:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Training Programs<\/li>\n<li>Self Study\/Office Based Training<\/li>\n<li>Online Training<\/li>\n<li>Management Training<\/li>\n<li>Networking Opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Recognition<\/li>\n<li>Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Core Products\/Services<\/li>\n<li>Technology Resources<\/li>\n<li>Lead Generation<\/li>\n<li>Relocation and Referral Networks<\/li>\n<li>Public Relations<\/li>\n<li>Company Image<\/li>\n<li>Commercial Services<\/li>\n<li>Advertising<\/li>\n<li>Other Company \u2013 Specific Support Structures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">There are two skills needed in order to leverage the power of your value proposition:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>The ability to <em><strong>identify<\/strong> <\/em>an effective value proposition, and<\/li>\n<li>The ability to <strong><em>express<\/em> <\/strong>an effective value proposition<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Identifying the Value proposition\u00a0require the 4 following concepts to be employed:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong><em>Differentiate <\/em><\/strong>your offer from competitors<\/li>\n<li>You may <strong><em>match<\/em> <\/strong>a competitor on every dimension of value, except in <em>one key area<\/em><\/li>\n<li>In <em>at least one<\/em><strong> <\/strong>element of value you need to <strong><em>excel<\/em> <\/strong>above your competitors<\/li>\n<li>In this way you become the <strong>best choice <\/strong>for your optimum \u201ccustomer\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Expressing the value proposition effectively can be achieved in four simple steps. The answer to\u00a0step #4 <em>is <\/em>your Value Proposition:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Ask yourself: \u201cWhy should my ideal prospect (the group you intend to serve) use our services instead of a competitor?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Compare your answer with the claims of your main competitors<\/li>\n<li>Refine your value proposition and articulate it in a single, instantly credible, sentence<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">If you had just <strong>10 words <\/strong>with which to describe why people should buy from your company instead of someone else, what would you communicate?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Does your company have a developed Value Proposition that provides a strong platform for talent attraction, retention and lead-generation, and fosters a positive company culture?
