Who Moved My Cheese?<\/a><\/em> We\u2019ve all read it. Dr. Spencer Johnson\u2019s book featuring the ever-famous Hem and Haw and Sniff and Scurry characters-\u00a0a national bestseller\u00a0that is still used in many corporations today to educate and prepare their organizations for change.<\/p>\n

In Leading Change<\/a><\/em>, by John P. Kotter, the author says “By any objective measure, the amount of significant, often traumatic, change in organizations has grown tremendously over the past two decades.\u201d Further, Kotter\u2019s opinion is that change will continue and in fact grow even\u00a0stronger\u00a0despite predictions to the contrary by others. I must admit I agree with Kotter and with the old adage, \u201cThe only thing constant in life is change.\u201d \u00a0Our personal lives change constantly, not to mention the nation and the world at large.<\/p>\n

I spent last week with the agents at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers<\/a> in Atlanta, Georgia, a group who clearly embrace change.\u00a0 A few observations about the agents led me to this conclusion:<\/p>\n
