If you are having negative thoughts you are likely to feel blue, lethargic, and pessimistic. With everything that is happening in the economic world how do we stay focused on the positive?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">NAR data indicates that homes sold at a seasonally adjusted rate of more than <a href=\"http:\/\/www.realtor.org\/files\/research\/state0541\/brior\/EHSreport.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">409,000 homes a month between August 2008 and August 2007<\/a>. The brokers and agents who are focusing their energies on these activities have a very different frame of mind than the ones that are focusing on the various other economic challenges.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The world is full of distractions and circumstances that we cannot control. All we can control is our actions and our daily individual focus. I had an agent tell me this week that he doesn&#8217;t listen to the news because it distracts him and takes his focus off providing memorable real estate experiences for his clients.
