As we quickly approach the first long weekend of summer and the second half of the year, a book with the title No Matter What!<\/em><\/a> is definitely a\u00a0timely read. In the book author Lisa Nichols outlines a strategy for overcoming every obstacle and living the life you love. Lisa gained mainstream notoriety a few years ago as one of the\u00a0featured trainers in\u00a0The Secret<\/a> and author of two Chicken Soup for the Soul<\/a> books.<\/p>\n

In this book, Lisa encourages us to develop 9 very important muscles:<\/p>\n

  1. Your understanding muscle.<\/li>\n
  2. Your faith-in-myself muscle.<\/li>\n
  3. Your take-action muscle.<\/li>\n
  4. Your I-know-like-I-know muscle.<\/li>\n
  5. Your honesty muscle.<\/li>\n
  6. Your say-yes muscle.<\/li>\n
  7. Your determination muscle.<\/li>\n
  8. Your forgiveness muscle.<\/li>\n
