Nixle is a new alert service that helps local government agencies (Police, fire, weather, etc.,) reach citizens with real time news and information through SMS, Web alerts and email notification providing a simple way to bypass transition broadcasting channels to a more modern method notifications. You can read more about it here on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.readwriteweb.com\/archives\/nixle.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RWW<\/a> and like me, perhaps ponder the implications for real estate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tribusgroup.com\/category\/blog\/not-all-newspapers-are-dead\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Not all newspapers are dead<\/a> according to Eric Stegemann of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tribusgroup.com\/category\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tribus Real Estate Group<\/a> who discovered last week at Bar Camp Chicago, that some newspapers are changing the way they publish and are thriving among all age demographics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.duffyrealtyofatlanta.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rhonda Duffy <\/a>is disappointed in her fellow Atlanta listing agents and for good reason &#8211; they appear to be doing the least amount possible to market their listings &#8211; million dollar listings at that. For the price they earn to sell these these homes, Rhonda thinks they could be doing a better job. Once you see her point here on her <a href=\"http:\/\/activerain.com\/blogsview\/1124248\/who-still-has-brown-grass-in-their-area-of-town-\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ActiveRain blog<\/a>, you&#8217;ll understand why.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">When planning your <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> strategy should you come across information like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.twittertrafficmachine.com\/?hop=orders7&amp;gclid=CI3ox9n1oZsCFSXyDAodQUKUDg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this<\/a>&#8230; run for the hills.
