In her post this week titled <a href=\"http:\/\/sandiegohomeblog.com\/2009\/03\/13\/property-inspections-you-had-to-be-there\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Property Inspections &#8211; You had to be there,<\/a> Kris offers a big picture view of home inspections that I think all real estate agents can relate too.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Marc from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.1000wattblog.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1000watt<\/a> raises an interesting question this week that goes to the heart of whether new technology and innovation sold to consumers can ever really replace the professionals that once supplied the services these technologies now offer. The post is aptly titled <a href=\"http:\/\/www.1000wattblog.com\/2009\/03\/replaced.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Replaced<\/a> and really will give you pause to think.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">With the millions of people vying for attention on Twitter, becoming popular may just require a little bit of alchemy that includes part art and part science. One of the most discussed aspects of the Web and also one of the least understood. Many opinions on how to play it are abound.
