\nHousing economy experts note a strong rebound in housing contracts across much of the Southeast, following a three-month lull earlier this year.<\/p>\n

Freddie Mac: Interest rates increase in U.S. and across the globe<\/a>
\nGlobal interest rates rose over the last week according to Freddie Mac chief economist Sean Becketti. The 30-year mortgage rates increased to 3.96 percent, and the 15-year fixed rate mortgage increased to 3.22 percent for the week.<\/p>\n
