\nThe National Association of Realtors released a new report that shows the median home price for existing home sales increased to a new high. The median existing home price for all housing types increased to $252,800 in May, passing up last June\u2019s $247,600 as the new peak median sales price and increasing 5.8 percent from May last year.<\/p>\n
