So if you\u2019re going to invest your time and money to generate leads, you should certainly be considering PPC campaigns. Below are the top five tips that will help you generate real estate leads using PPC campaigns:<\/p>\n<h3>1. What is Pay Per Click?<\/h3>\n<p>In order to see how PPC can generate leads, you need to understand how it works. Pay per click is all about bidding on advertisement space. The ads pertain to specific AdWords with Google, such as \u201creal estate in [city]\u201d or \u201cbeach house foreclosures.\u201d You choose the terms you want to bid on, and if you are the highest bidder, your ad will appear whenever someone searches that specific term. Now, the good thing is that you won\u2019t pay unless your AdWords campaign is clicked on. In other words, if you don\u2019t receive any traffic from your ads, you don\u2019t pay.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Place Ahead of Your Competitors\u2019 Ads<\/h3>\n<p>Within the real estate industry, you are always going to have competitors.
