    Passion \u2013 we feel very strongly about our lifestyle and having an ongoing connection to our clients, making us relevant 24\/7, well after the real estate transaction.<\/li>\n

    What are your favorite qualities in a customer?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Responsiveness and eagerness in a client desiring to buy a home: the clients that will \u201cjump\u201d when we call and tell them we need to go now to see a home before it\u2019s gone.<\/li>\n

    What is the one characteristic that\u2019s helped you the most in your career?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Being responsible in all senses of the term, ensuring that your client is always taken care of, both legally by watching terms of the contract and professionally answering to their needs.<\/li>\n

    What was the last book you read?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The Blood Sugar Solution \u2013 10 Day Detox Diet<\/em> by Dr. Mark Hyman.<\/li>\n

    If you weren\u2019t in real estate, what would you be doing?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I would be the president of a non-profit organization.<\/li>\n

    What was the last song you heard that you couldn\u2019t stop humming?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Nothing comes to mind right now!<\/li>\n

    Who is your real-life hero?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    My mother: her perseverance and strength and love have been the building blocks for me since I was a child.<\/li>\n

    What\u2019s your favorite thing about social media?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The ease of staying connected without even having life-shattering information to share.<\/li>\n

    If you could sell a home in any market in the world, where would it be?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Miami \u2013 the largest home you can sell on the water.<\/li>\n

    What is your favorite motto, and what advice would you give your younger self starting out in real estate?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I was a Boy Scout and made it to the Eagle Scouts. Why? Because our motto was: \u201cBe Prepared.\u201d While this was never a problem for me, I did realize it can be important not to obsess on that\u2014because you can spend too much time preparing and then not actually doing!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
