Your materials should reflect the coming season appropriately\u00a0since that\u2019s when your buyers will be picturing themselves moving.<\/li>\n<li>Call all of the potential buyers (who didn\u2019t buy) that you met over the winter and invite them to a market update seminar.<\/li>\n<li>Host a first-time home buyers&#8217; seminar in your office to kick-start the process for folks who might be thinking about buying.<\/li>\n<li>Order open house signs with your name and phone number on them. It\u2019s free marketing\/branding on main roadways.<\/li>\n<li>Bring your buyers into the office after showing properties, and review each home shown; don\u2019t let them leave without knowing why they aren\u2019t writing offers on each property. This will showcase their wants and needs, as well as your desire to make their search successful\u2014and you won\u2019t get stuck in the \u201csee you next weekend\u201d trap.<\/li>\n<li>Have your sellers open their pools early.
