    Which of our BHGRE\u00ae P.A.I.G.E. (Passion, Authenticity, Innovation, Growth, Excellence) core values do you identify with most, and why?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    As much as I love them all, I really identify with Authenticity. Everything we do in both work and life becomes easy when we embrace our authentic selves. It takes too much work and effort to try and be something that we are not\u2026.not to mention, there\u2019s no sustainability to it. True success can only be built on authenticity.<\/li>\n

    What are your favorite qualities in a customer?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I absolutely love customers who know what they want and aren\u2019t afraid to communicate it with me. It\u2019s so much easier to assist someone in building a dream\u00a0when you know exactly what the dream is!<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    What is the one characteristic that\u2019s helped you the most in your career?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I\u2019m a firm believer in \u201cwhere there\u2019s a will, there\u2019s a way\u201d and that persistence is what has helped me attain any of my goals, even if sometimes I had to take the unconventional path.<\/li>\n

    What was the last book you read?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Unselling<\/a> <\/em>by Scott Stratten and Alison Kramer.<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    If you weren\u2019t in real estate, what would you be doing?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Wow, great questions, I don\u2019t exactly know. I suspect it would be something along the lines of strategic planning as I really love to see the overall picture and understand how moving parts work together.<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    What was the last song you heard that you couldn\u2019t stop humming?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I wish I could say it was a great classic rock tune, but, my daughter \u201cowns\u201d all our music systems, so right now I\u2019ve got, \u201cHotline Bling\u201d by Drake embedded in my brain.<\/li>\n

    Who is your real-life hero?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    This would have to be my daughter; she\u2019s toughed out a lot this last few years, but always comes out on the other side smiling.<\/li>\n

  8. \n

    What\u2019s your favorite thing about social media?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I love the transparency of it all. Going back to authenticity, we have many opportunities to both \u201csee\u201d who people really are and at the same time \u201cshow\u201d who we really are. I\u2019ve learned that many people I know are much kinder, more generous and loving than I\u2019d have ever imagined on my own.<\/li>\n

    If you could sell a home in any market in the world, where would it be?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I would love to be able to sell a home, specifically a castle in Scotland. What can I say, I\u2019m a Braveheart<\/em>\u00a0fan.<\/li>\n

    What is your favorite motto, and what advice would you give your younger self-starting out in real estate?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I mentioned it earlier, \u201cwhere there\u2019s a will, there\u2019s a way.” I don\u2019t like to acknowledge limiting beliefs and I truly believe we can all accomplish anything we want, we just have to understand that it may take some getting creative. If I were to give my younger self advice, it would be to \u201cslow down\u201d and actually enjoy the journey. I had a tendency to make everything a race, I\u2019m sure I missed a few golden moments.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
