The rates are the highest they&#8217;ve been since January.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.realestateeconomywatch.com\/2015\/08\/are-30-million-homeowners-underestimating-their-equity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Are 30 Million Homeowners Underestimating their Equity?<\/a><br \/>\nA new analysis of Fannie Mae\u2019s National Housing Survey found homeowners largely underestimate the equity of their home, which may be deterring them from applying for mortgages, selling their homes, and buying different homes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/money.usnews.com\/money\/personal-finance\/articles\/2015\/08\/05\/why-millennials-are-dominating-the-housing-market\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Why Millennials Are Dominating the Housing Market<\/a><br \/>\nThe National Association of Realtors 2015 report on generational trends found that millennials make up the largest share of homebuyers at 32 percent.
