New home sales climbed nearly 8 percent to 539,000 sales for the past 12 months.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/rismedia.com\/2015-03-26\/effective-rate-on-new-home-loans-drops-below-4-percent\/\">Effective Rate on New Home Loans Drops Below 4 Percent<\/a><br \/>\nWhile new home sales are definitely on the rise, rates for new home loans have been under 4 percent since the year began. In January rates dropped below four percent to 3.92 percent, and in February the declined continued to 3.79 percent.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/rismedia.com\/2015-03-25\/mortgage-applications-rise-9-5-percent\/\">Mortgage Applications Rise 9.5 Percent<\/a><br \/>\nThe amount of Americans interested in purchasing a home may be increasing as last week mortgage applications rose by 9.5\u00a0percent\u00a0according to the Market Composite Index.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.realtytrac.com\/news\/home-prices-and-sales\/housing-market-recovering-in-2015\/\">Housing Market Recovering in 2015<\/a><br \/>\nThanks to many indicators and recently published reports, 2015 is looking like the year for the real estate industry to officially recover.
