After 33 years, I have seen it all and it still remains as the best career where one can control their own destiny. Innovation is important. I personally became totally paperless in my life two years ago as I strived for growth in my life. One of the best things I have ever done.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>What are your favorite qualities in a customer?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Their need for someone to collaborate with them in one of the largest decisions most will make in their lives.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>What is the one characteristic that\u2019s helped you the most in your career?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Persistence<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>What was the last book you read?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Ghost-Boy-Miraculous-Misdiagnosed-Trapped\/dp\/1400205832\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ghost Boy<\/a> by Martin Pistorius<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>If you were not in real estate, what would you be doing?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Being a cart girl at a golf course.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>What was the last song you heard that you couldn\u2019t stop humming?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&#8220;My Best Friend&#8221; by Tim McGraw<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong>Who is your real-life hero?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>My grandmother \u2013 she survived the war in Germany and came to this country with two small children and the clothes on her back.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><strong><strong>What\u2019s your favorite thing about social media<\/strong>?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>I love Facebook because it allows you to form relationships with people. It frustrates me that agents think this tool will sell houses. The concept of social media goes back 100 years. People do businesses with people they like and\/or know. Facebook allows you to create those relationships faster, cheaper and easier than ever before.
