Plus it\u2019s portable, so you can use it while personally guiding your guests through the house. Use Open-Home Pro to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Create pages for your properties where clients can look through pictures, give feedback and email you<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Follow-up with leads automatically<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Customize your own questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Available on iOS and Android for purchase.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Obeo<br \/>\n<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/obeo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Obeo<\/a>\u00a0is home to world-class real estate photography and virtual tours that will enhance your clients\u2019 experience and give your business a hint of flare. Obeo offers a cool program called \u201cStyleDesigner\u201d where \u2013 for a nominal fee \u2013 users can rework photos by adding their own personal touches to make the house their own.<\/p>\n<p><em>Obeo\u2019s pricing varies on plan and location.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Survey Monkey<br \/>\n<\/strong>If you\u2019re not too keen on asking for feedback outright,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Survey Monkey<\/a>\u00a0is the tool for you. This is a great\u00a0app\u00a0for buyers who want convenience and care about their health and fitness.<\/p>\n<p><em>Available for free via iOS and Android.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Around Me<br \/>\n<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aroundme.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Around Me<\/a> is your neighborhood guide. It reads your location then quickly identifies the nearest banks, supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals and dry cleaners (along with a map). Clients can use this as a way to determine if the neighborhood has the amenities they are looking for!<\/p>\n<p><em>Available for free through iOS and Android.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sitegeist<br \/>\n<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/sitegeist.sunlightfoundation.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sitegeist<\/a>\u00a0knows it all, including the community\u2019s demographics, political contributions, local hot-spots, average rent, average temperature and so much more. Type in your location and find out everything you need to know.<\/p>\n<p><em>Available for free on iOS and Android.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Neighborhood Scout<br \/>\n<\/strong>This is a great tool for down-and-dirty statistics.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.neighborhoodscout.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Neighborhood Scout<\/a>\u00a0gives users info on crime rates, school rankings and real estate value.<\/p>\n<p><em>Prices vary per month or year subscription.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Better Homes and Gardens<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Color-a-Room<br \/>\n<\/strong>Love playing with color?\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bhg.com\/decorating\/color\/colors\/welcome-to-color-a-room\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BHG.com<\/a>\u00a0lets you virtually decorate rooms with paint, color, fabric and flooring. It\u2019s a great way to find colors that match your furniture or change the entire look of a room without having to buy them first. You can have fun and save money at the same time!<\/p>\n<p><em>Available for free from\u00a0the Better Homes and Gardens site.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>And, one last tip to consider &#8211; remember, not everything has to be a standalone app. If your Contact Manager has a way to add contacts on your iPad, why not use that instead? That way, at the end of the open house you can stay a few minutes longer and quickly send emails to your new contacts to thank them for attending, and include some information on that property or others.<\/p>\n<p>What about you?
