As you might be able to tell, we\u2019re excited to announce that September is Better Homes and Gardens\u00ae Real Estate\u2019s fall national open house month, where we\u2019re asking all of our affiliated associates to participate by hosting open houses throughout the month!<\/p>\n

Remember, open houses provide a great opportunity to meet and greet potential buyers AND sellers \u2013 it\u2019s a chance to set up a virtual office in any neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Our\u00a0BHGRE\u00ae Open House Sweepstakes<\/a>\u00a0will allow consumers a chance to win $2,500. Consumers can enter by attending any BHGRE open house and uploading pictures of themselves next to open house signs, and then posting these pictures using their favorite social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr) with the hashtag\u00a0#BHGRESweeps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t be left out, because the agent who shows the house to the winning consumer also wins!\u00a0 A $500 cash prize can be yours \u2013 so encourage your prospects to enter and ask them to include a\u00a0hashtag of your full name<\/strong>\u00a0so you can be included in the fun!<\/p>\n
