    Which of our BHGRE\u00ae<\/sup> P.A.I.G.E. (Passion, Authenticity, Innovation, Growth, Excellence) core values do you identify with most, and why? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

    That is a tough one, but for me it is passion. Passion is what drives me in all aspects of life. Passion for real estate, passion for family, and passion for music. It creates an internal drive that pushes me to constantly want to succeed in everything I do.<\/li>\n

    What are your favorite qualities in a customer?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Enthusiasm.\u00a0 I love working with clients that are excited about the home buying or home selling process.\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 Because I am always excited about helping people buy or sell homes.\u00a0 When we are both enthusiastic about the transaction it makes the process a lot of fun.<\/li>\n

    What is the one characteristic that\u2019s helped you the most in your career?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Determination. I have an inner drive to succeed in everything I do while also helping those around me\u00a0to succeed.<\/li>\n

    What was the last book you read?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I am currently reading Power Questions, Build Relationships, Win New Business, and Influence Others<\/a><\/em> by Andrew Sobel and Jerold Panas.\u00a0 I am a firm believer that all business transactions start with a moment of truth that will define the relationship.\u00a0 This book is helping me ask good questions and listen.\u00a0 Although I am very excited for Dancing With Myself<\/a><\/em> from Billy Idol.\u00a0 That is next on the list.<\/li>\n

    If you were not in real estate, what would you be doing?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I would be touring the world as a rock star.\u00a0 I currently play bass guitar with my band The Hazmats<\/a> (‘80s<\/span> and ‘90s<\/span>\u00a0music) but would have loved to make it big in the music industry.\u00a0 I have my associate\u2019s degree in music composition and love writing songs in my downtime.<\/li>\n

    What was the last song you heard that you couldn\u2019t stop humming?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    \u201dEverything Is Awesome\u201d from the LEGO\u00a0Movie<\/em>.\u00a0 That and the entire Frozen<\/em> Soundtrack.\u00a0 With three kids at home, those two movies have been on a constant loop and I can\u2019t get those songs out of my head.\u00a0 \u201cDo you want to build a snowman\u201d?\u00a0 Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!<\/li>\n

    Who is your real-life hero?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    My kids are my heroes.\u00a0 I watch them everyday try to find their way through the world and it amazes me.\u00a0 Between my daughters passion for art and dance, my sons constant enthusiasm for life, and my littlest guys determination, I learn something new from them everyday.<\/li>\n

    What is your favorite motto?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    \u201cTry Not, Do or Do Not, There is No Try.\u201d From Yoda.\u00a0 I still remember the first time I watched Empire Strikes Back<\/em> as a kid and heard Yoda say that.\u00a0 I thought to myself\u2026”WOW! That just kind of makes sense.\u201d \u00a0If you are going to do something, go all in and give it all you have.\u00a0 I also like Marvin Phillips quote, \u201cThe difference between try and triumph is just a little UMPH.\u201d \u00a0So simple but in business, it really is about that little bit extra you can do which makes a big difference.<\/li>\n

    If you could sell a home in any market in the world, where would it be?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Somewhere warm with beaches, palm trees, and an average selling price of 5 million dollars.\u00a0 Does that exist?<\/li>\n

    What advice would you give your younger self starting out in real estate?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Ask more questions! Real estate is a relationship-first business.\u00a0 Listen more and talk less.\u00a0 A valuable lesson that I learned over time.\u00a0 Also, invest heavily in Apple and Google stock.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
