    Which of our BHGRE\u00ae<\/sup>P.A.I.G.E. (Passion, Authenticity, Innovation, Growth, Excellence) core values do you identify with most, and why? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I most closely identify with \u201cAuthenticity.\u201d In a world full of premeditated social media posts, boastful marketing campaigns and forgettable corporate taglines, it\u2019s refreshing to meet authentic people. I love the saying, \u201cAn original is hard to find, but easy to recognize.\u201d<\/li>\n

    What are your favorite qualities in a customer?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Trust. Some might say loyalty. I don\u2019t want loyalty, I want trust. Loyalty is the product of having trust.\u00a0 I trust that they are going to do what they say, and they trust me that I\u2019ll give them the same in return.<\/li>\n

    What is the one characteristic that\u2019s helped you the most in your career?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Having a sense of abundance and having good intentions. I know that there\u2019s enough business for everybody. I know that the buyer will find their perfect home if patient. I know that a seller will sell their home for the fair market value. I have faith that things will always work out well when there\u2019s a plan and persistence to make it happen.<\/li>\n

    What was the last book you read?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The Challenger Sale: Taking Control of the Customer Conversation<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0Matthew Dixon.\u00a0 I consider that to be a must read for ANYBODY in sales.<\/li>\n

    If you were not in real estate, what would you be doing?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I wouldn’t. If I\u2019d rather be doing something else, I would be.<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    What was the last song you heard that you couldn’t stop humming?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    \u201cFancy\u201d by Iggy Azalea. Yes, I do have kids.<\/li>\n

  7. \n

    Who is your real-life hero?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    My wife\u2019s grandfather. He\u2019s 93 and the patriarch of the family. He has been married for over 70 years and has 3 daughters who look up to him. I hope to live as long, as full, and have as much positive influence on my family as he has.<\/li>\n

    What is your favorite motto?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Today is the greatest day I\u2019ll ever know.<\/li>\n

    If you could sell a home in any market in the world, where would it be?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I\u2019d love to sell an old castle. Specifically, the Castle Neuschwanstein in Germany. No special reason, except that I think it\u2019s awesome!<\/li>\n

    What advice would you give your younger self starting out in real estate?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Don\u2019t ever try to be something you\u2019re not. Don\u2019t compare yourself to anybody else. Keep your feet on the ground, but allow your head to be in the clouds. Dream bigger than you think is possible, and be prepared to do the work to get it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
