    Which of our BHGRE\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> P.A.I.G.E. (Passion, Authenticity, Innovation, Growth, Excellence) core values do you identify with most, and why? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I identify with all of them, we are passionate about the business, we strive to be the best at what we do.<\/p>\n

    When talking to our customers and clients, I do it with authenticity. People that know me and have done business with me know that what they see is what they get. I\u2019m available to any of our customers and clients any time they need to speak with me.\u00a0 My cell is published on the web and on\u00a0my business card.<\/p>\n

    I continue to innovate every day of the week. My motto is quite simple, if everyone is going to the right, I need to go the opposite way. If our company was the same as everyone else, why anyone would want to do business with us?<\/p>\n

    I like to encourage our agents to grow outside their comfort zone, if you are not constantly growing, you won\u2019t be successful.<\/p>\n

    Mediocrity is not an option. In our company, excellence is the only way to go in\u00a0anything we do.<\/li>\n

    What are your favorite qualities in a customer?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    When a customer is straightforward with me, then I can deal with whatever the issue might be. It’s easiest to deal with a problem, when you are aware of it.<\/li>\n

    What is the one characteristic that\u2019s helped you the most in your career?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Being straightforward with people. If they know where I stand, it’s easier to get along. Also, not being afraid of making mistakes, most people don\u2019t try something because they are afraid of failure.<\/li>\n

    What was the last book you read?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Winning<\/em><\/a>, by Jack Welch<\/li>\n

    If you were not in real estate, what would you be doing?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    I would be an entrepreneur, most probably technology start-ups. I love to create new things.<\/li>\n

    What was the last song you heard that you couldn\u2019t stop humming?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    “We are the champions” by Queen<\/li>\n

    Who is your real-life hero?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    My family. My wife, Bonnie, and kids, Ami & Jamie. They always believe in\u00a0what I’m doing.<\/li>\n

    Nothing is impossible; it’s hard to get there.<\/li>\n
