MADISON, N.J. (Feb. 17, 2015)<\/strong> \u2013 Better Homes and Gardens\u00ae Real Estate announced today that it has entered Hawaii with the addition of prominent real estate brokerage Advantage Realty, a former Prudential Real Estate Services affiliate in Oahu, to its franchise network. The newly named Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty will continue to operate under the leadership of its CEO, Myron Kiriu, one of Hawaii\u2019s top-producing real estate professionals. Kevin Inn has been promoted to president of the brokerage firm.<\/p>\n

This announcement comes as the brokerage celebrates its 10-year anniversary serving the island of Oahu. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty intends to expand its presence statewide with a new office scheduled to open in later this year on Oahu\u2019s North Shore.<\/p>\n

Kiriu established Advantage Realty in 2004 after 14 years as a top-producing REALTOR\u00ae in Hawaii with a goal of creating a real estate company committed to delivering the highest level of customer service.<\/p>\n
